1/4 cup olive oil

2 tablespoons ranch seasoning mix

1 teaspoon garlic powder

1 teaspoon onion powder

1/2 teaspoon smoked paprika

1 cup shredded sharp cheddar cheese

1/4 cup finely chopped green onions

1/4 cup sour cream for dipping (optional)

    Prepare the Potatoes: Clean the russet potatoes thoroughly under running water, scrubbing the skins as needed. Cut each potato in half lengthwise. Then, slice each half into 4 to 6 wedges depending on your size preference.

      Season the Wedges: In a spacious mixing bowl, combine the olive oil, ranch seasoning mix, garlic powder, onion powder, smoked paprika, and a pinch of salt and black pepper. Whisk the mixture together until all ingredients are well blended.
