Ingredients
  

1 medium-sized cauliflower head, chopped into bite-sized pieces

1 cup all-purpose flour

1 tsp garlic powder

1 tsp onion powder

1 tsp smoked paprika

1/2 tsp salt

1/4 tsp black pepper

2 large eggs

1 cup breadcrumbs (panko is recommended for extra crunch)

1/2 cup finely grated Parmesan cheese

2 tbsp chopped fresh parsley (optional, for garnish)

Olive oil spray

Instructions
 

Begin by preheating your air fryer to 400°F (200°C) for around 5 minutes while prepping the cauliflower.

    In a large bowl, blend together the flour, garlic powder, onion powder, smoked paprika, salt, and black pepper.

      In a different bowl, whisk the eggs until they are fully blended.

        In a third bowl, mix the breadcrumbs with the grated Parmesan cheese.

          Take each cauliflower floret and first coat it in the flour mixture, ensuring it is thoroughly covered. Shake off any surplus flour.

            Subsequently, immerse the floret in the beaten eggs, allowing any excess to drip off.

              Lastly, coat the cauliflower in the breadcrumb and Parmesan blend until it is evenly covered. Repeat this for all the florets.

                Lightly mist the air fryer basket with olive oil to avoid sticking.

                  Arrange the coated cauliflower bites in a single layer within the air fryer basket, being careful not to overcrowd them for optimal crispiness.

                    Give the tops of the cauliflower bites another light spray with olive oil.

                      Air fry for approximately 12-15 minutes, shaking the basket halfway through cooking, until the cauliflower turns golden brown and crispy.

                        Once they are finished cooking, gently take the bites out of the air fryer and sprinkle with chopped fresh parsley if you wish.

                          Serve immediately and relish these delightful, crispy bites!
