200g feta cheese, crumbled

2 cups fresh spinach, washed and chopped

1 cup cream cheese, softened at room temperature

1 teaspoon garlic powder

1 teaspoon onion powder

1 tablespoon olive oil, plus more for cooking

1 teaspoon dried oregano

Salt and pepper to taste

1 cup breadcrumbs (panko for extra crispiness)

Prepare the Filling: In a mixing bowl, thoroughly combine the crumbled feta cheese, chopped spinach, softened cream cheese, garlic powder, onion powder, dried oregano, and a pinch of salt and pepper. Mix until the ingredients are uniformly blended and the mixture is creamy.

    Assemble the Wraps: Lay a whole wheat tortilla flat on a clean, dry surface. Spread approximately 1/4 of the spinach and feta mixture evenly over the tortilla, ensuring to leave a small border around the edges. Tightly roll the tortilla starting from one side, folding in the sides as you go to enclose the filling securely. Repeat this process for the remaining tortillas and filling.

      Coat the Wraps: Place the breadcrumbs in a shallow dish. Gently roll each filled wrap in the breadcrumbs until they are completely coated, pressing lightly to ensure they stick well.
