2 cups plain Greek yogurt (or your favorite yogurt)

1/4 cup chopped almonds

1/2 cup dark chocolate chips

A pinch of sea salt

Silicone muffin cups or any small molds for freezing

Mix the Base: In a large mixing bowl, combine the Greek yogurt, sweetened shredded coconut, honey (or maple syrup), pure vanilla extract, pure almond extract, and a pinch of sea salt. Using a spatula, stir the mixture until all ingredients are fully blended and uniform.

    Add Nuts: Gently fold the chopped almonds into the yogurt mixture. Make sure they are evenly distributed to ensure each cup has a delightful crunch.

      Prepare Molds: If you’re using silicone muffin cups, arrange them on a flat tray for stability and ease of handling during the freezing process.

        Fill the Cups: Spoon the yogurt mixture into each cup, filling them about 3/4 of the way full. To eliminate any air bubbles and help the mixture settle evenly, gently tap the tray on the counter.
