Grilled Chicken Ranch Wrap Melts

2 large flour tortillas

1 cup cooked grilled chicken, either sliced or shredded

1/2 cup ranch dressing

1 cup shredded cheddar cheese

1/2 cup shredded mozzarella cheese

1/2 cup diced tomatoes

1/4 cup sliced green onions

1/2 cup fresh spinach or a mix of greens

1 tablespoon olive oil

Salt and pepper, to taste

Optional: Hot sauce for an extra kick

Prepare the Chicken: If not already grilled, cook the chicken over medium heat on a grill or skillet until thoroughly cooked through, about 6-8 minutes per side, depending on thickness. Season the cooked chicken with salt and pepper, then slice or shred it into bite-sized pieces and set aside.

    Make the Filling: In a medium mixing bowl, combine the sliced or shredded chicken, ranch dressing, diced tomatoes, sliced green onions, and spinach. Stir gently but thoroughly to ensure all ingredients are well coated in the ranch dressing.

      Assemble the Wrap: On a clean surface, lay one tortilla flat. Spoon half of the chicken mixture into the center of the tortilla. Evenly sprinkle half of the cheddar and mozzarella cheese over the filling.

        Wrap it Up: To secure the filling, fold in the sides of the tortilla, then roll it up tightly from the bottom to the top. Repeat this process with the second tortilla and the remaining filling mixture.

          Heat the Grill: Preheat your grill pan or outdoor grill to medium-low heat. Use a brush to lightly coat the grill surface with olive oil to minimize sticking.
