8 oz rotini pasta

2 cups cooked chicken breast, diced

1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved

1 cup cucumber, diced

1/2 cup red bell pepper, diced

1/2 cup corn kernels (fresh or canned)

1/4 cup feta cheese, crumbled (optional)

1/4 cup fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)

1/4 cup honey

1/4 cup Dijon mustard

1/4 cup olive oil

2 tbsp apple cider vinegar

      Combine Ingredients: In a large mixing bowl, add the cooked and cooled pasta along with the diced chicken, halved cherry tomatoes, diced cucumber, red bell pepper, finely chopped red onion, shredded carrots, and corn.
